In house we are producing complete cartridges, but also many of the filter elements, including plastic and metal spiro and gaskets. The pleating of the filters is a special science in which we take great pride. The pleating can come with many different enhancements ensuring optimal performance for various operational settings, you can choose between dimpling, pleat lock, embossed or minipleat. In house we have also specialized in an ultrasonic welded strap – where no chemicals or glue has been used, the Weltech secures consistent pleat spacing and minimizes trapping of the dust behind the strap. Plus, it has the advantage of better cleaning performance and more even airflow.

Recently Nowenta has added to its product portfolio air filters, drainage systems, composite GRP gratings have unique properties that do not have any metal materials. They are used in environments where there is increased humidity, aggressive environments, and where increased material life requirements are imposed. Pultruded GRP Profiles are made from high quality raw material and are provided in different shapes and sizes. They are widely used in hi-tech fields such as aerospace, modern sewing machinery, the petrochemical industry, medical machinery, automobiles, machinery manufacturing, and construction. GRP Tailor Made Composite structures and products consist of composite profiles and gratings which are made of isophthalic resin and glass fibers with a topcoat. The properties of these materials allow installation in high-demand environments where there is a requirement for chemical and corrosion resistance. Within HVAC filters, the current program covers more than 2, 000 different standard and special filters, which provide clean air in commercial, industrial and residential areas. Finest emulsion mists, toxic vapors, fine dusts and material chips are filtered just as reliably as odors, bacteria, fungus pores or viruses.
