This grain is very nutritious, as it contains a large amount of starch, that is, carbohydrates (in percentage terms, this is about 85%). It also contains proteins that the body needs as a building material. It has been found that for a person's daily protein intake, approximately 50 grams of rice is needed. It also contains fats, but in small quantities, while this type of vegetable fat does not accumulate in the body. This grain is high in fiber, which helps to remove waste and toxins.
