KAIROS family

KAIROS is a compact and rugged multi-protocol transceiver, based on a powerful LINUX core that allows a number of customized configurations: simple stand-alone repeater; DMR TIER II and TIER III multi-site systems; POCSAG and tunnel/in-building applications, thanks to the PTP1588 synchronization protocol. KAIROS works perfectly in simulcast mode, supporting both IP and narrowband RF links among base stations. In addition to soft space diversity reception, it provides SIP/RTP-IP ports for dispatching and phone applications. It is available in two versions (horizontal/vertical mounting) and in the following frequency bands: 66—88MHz/136—174MHz/350—400MHz/400—470MHz/450—527MHz/841—961MHz. P.25 Phase 1 compatibility is undergoing certification.
