*MX Series Supplies 400 to 1200gr FAC per hour as Oxidant rich Sodium Hypochlorite
With its unique pre-assembled skid, plug&play concept design, HypoX® MX Series brings the advanced electrochlorination opportunity for the need of smart and sensitive disinfection requirements in mid-rate yet in industrial level oxidizing agent production.
*By using only Salt, Water and Electricity, produce your own sodium hypochlorite!
* Advanced Oxidation with Residual Effect
Experience the benefits of Oxidants with the advantages of Chlorine, and forget the disadvantages; Mix Oxidant solution will be offering the benefits like;
- Removing all pathogens
- Oxidizing Iron, Manganese, and Arsenic better than chlorine
- Lowering Disinfection By-Products (TTHM & HAA)
- Removing Biofilm on the lines
- Enabling chlorine ions to reach 2.5 times further
- Eliminating chlorine taste and odor
LX Series is an industrial-level HypoX Sodium Hypochlorite Generator line with a wide capacity range that answers all industrial water disinfection requirements. LX Series is generally used for large-scale water disinfection requirements of municipality drinking water treatment facilities, swimming pools and aqua parks, large-sized industrial process water disinfection, and cooling tower.
With its own chemical synergy of Fresh and Mix Oxidants besides hypochlorite, HypoX® LX Series guarantees to solve important problems like Biofilm, Odor, Legionella, and Strong Pathogens. The high disinfection performance of HypoX® LX Series makes it an effective, economic, green, and safe alternative mainly to chlorine and other biocides in chlorination requirements
Applications Areas
- Large scaled drinking water&wastewater treatment plants
- Swimming pools and aquaparks
- Industrial process water treatment
- Cooling towers
- Reverse Osmoses Process water
Kemisan® has been developing and manufacturing electrolysis technology since 1976 in İzmir, Turkey. With the experience of more than 45 years in Chlor-Alkali and Electrochlorination, today Kemisan® offers the possibility of producing your own fresh disinfectant by using only Salt and Electricity rather than buying packaged chemicals. Kemisan® missions to improve the following 5 criteria in every new product lunch as; - More Effective Chlorination - More Economical Chlorination - Safer Chlorination - Greener Chlorination - Most Reliable Chlorination “The endless possibilities of electrolysis technology is the only way to reach better and better disinfection results” is the main vision of the company while celebrating its 45th year in 2021.
As Kemisan, we proudly support the non-profit organization Amici Di Marco Onlus which is an active part of a project fighting ebola virus in northwest Africa. The project aims to expand the disinfection culture throughout Guinea Bissau, Senegal, and Mali.
Kemisan HypoX® units that have been donated by Amici di Marco Onlus are the basis of his "Hygienic Praesidium" project that has been carried on in Africa for 5 years. The efficiency of HypoX® remains unchanged for 2 to 3 weeks, enough to make easy utilization programs.

By applying surface treatments on outer ring contact surfaces, it is possible to improve certain mechanical characteristics such as the hardness. By doing this, we can increase wear resistance while decreasing the friction coefficient. With certain treatments it is possible to achieve high resistance to specific chemical agents. The table below shows a small sample of examples of such surface treatments and their resulting technical characteristics.
Plasma systems from Diener electronic have long since established themselves in a wide range of industrial sectors. With the Tetra 45 low-pressure plasma system, you can rely on modern and future-proof cold plasma technology in a vacuum. The chamber volume of approx. 45 litres of this plasma system offers enough space to serve series production / automation.
Low pressure plasma treatment is a proven technique for controlled ultra-fine cleaning, adhesion enhancement (activation and etching) and coating of thin films on substrate surfaces. Plasma is generated by applying high-frequency voltage in the vacuum chamber. In the process, the process gas introduced there is ionised.
Fields of application:
VOC-free cleaning of organic residues
Activation before painting, gluing, potting, ...
Etching of PTFE, photoresist, oxide layers, ...
Super-hydrophobic and -hydrophilic coatings
Plasma systems from Diener electronic have long since established themselves in a wide variety of industrial sectors. With the PlasmaBeam DUO atmospheric pressure plasma system, you can rely on modern and future-proof plasma jet technology under atmospheric pressure. Due to the treatment width of 8 - 10 mm, substrates can be precisely treated locally.
PlasmaBeam technology can be used for inline processes. With the help of robots, 2 or 3-dimensional surfaces can be treated. PlasmaBeam enables local surface cleaning without masking the rest of the surface. For example, cleaning before wire bonding and various processes in the electronics industry.
Furthermore, the PlasmaBeam is suitable as a pre-treatment device for the following processes: Gluing, bonding, printing, laminating, soldering, welding, flocking. The following surfaces can be treated with PlasmaBeam: Plastics, rubber, metal, glass, ceramics, hybrid materials.
