Bushings and hubs are available in many models that offer specific benefits in a variety of power transmission applications from automotive to papermaking. Our products are made of high quality steel. Most are phosphate coated or blackened to increase corrosion resistance. We offer taper, QD and keyless bushings, as well as welded and bolted hubs. Additionally, our SH bushings are resistant to heavy loads (for both torque and axial forces) and extreme temperatures. All bushings are easy to install and remove using basic tools, ensuring minimal downtime each time they are installed. A good example of this is our FX keyless bushings with 360-degree shrink fit. This allows components to be easily positioned and mounted without the need for a keyway.

Pin and bushings, especially in casting sector, used in centered casting. Casts need to merge together in a sensitive manner and this effects the quality of the products that will come out of it. Heat treating quality and materials that are determined in the technical drawing carry a great importance for this reason, we dont suggest false heat treating process and equivalent materials in this subject.

IKO Spherical Bushings are compact selfaligning spherical bushings with inner and outer rings in contact with the sphere, which can support a large radial load and a bidirectional axial load at the same time. There are many models of Spherical Bushings, but they are basically divided into steelonsteel types and maintenancefree types according to the kind of sliding surfaces. Steelonsteel Spherical Bushings have inner and outer rings of highcarbon chromium bearing steel, of which sliding surfaces are phosphatetreated and then drycoated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). They can, therefore, operate with low torque, and have excellent wear resistance and large load capacity. They are especially suitable for applications where there are alternate loads and shock loads. They have wide applications mainly in industrial and construction machinery. Maintenancefree Spherical Bushings consist of an outer ring which has a special PTFE liner reinforced
