The OPTIMASS 6000 is a Coriolis mass flow sensor. Combined with the MFC 400 signal converter it forms the OPTIMASS 6400 high performance Coriolis mass flowmeter for all process applications including cryogenic or high temperature media as well as high pressure fluids.

The solution for low flow measurement The OPTIMASS 3000 is the cost effective solution for accurate measurement in a variety of applications, where there is a low process flow. Combined with the power of the MFC 400, the OPTIMASS 3000 will provide accurate measurement of mass, volume, density and concentration. Sensor for bulk mass flow Whilst the OPTIMASS 2000 has been developed to meet the demanding custody transfer requirements of the Oil & Gas industry, it is well suited to bulk measurement in many applications. The option of Super Duplex (UNS S32750) provides a maximum operating pressure of 180 barg / 2610 psig. The newly launched OPTIMASS 2000 S400 meter with the innovative four straight tube design is with a max. flowrate of 4 600 t/h / 169 000 lb/min the highest capacity Coriolis mass flowmeter in the world. OPTIMASS 2400 with EGM™ (Entrained Gas Management): the meter maintains operation over a wide range of gas fractions and complex flow conditions.

Flowmeters especially for gases The VA 45 variable area flowmeters were designed to measure gases. They can be used, for example, in industrial ovens, forges and furnaces, and protective gas and heating systems. The standardized device design is available with various connections that conform to standards. The glass measuring cone, protected by a metal sleeve with a viewing glass, makes it easy to read the flow directly.

The suitability for measuring the flow of gases in accordance with the DVGW G260 process sheet has been certified by the DVGW testing station at the Gas-Fired Thermal Institute in Essen.

Small flowmeters (metal) The DK 32 and DK 34 variable area flowmeters are versatile and can be used for gases and liquids. The sturdy all-metal design ensures high resistance to pressure, temperature and media and stands up to extreme application and environmental conditions. The position of the float is magnetically transmitted to an analog indicator to display the measured value. No power supply is necessary.

Analogue 2-wire temperature Transmitter The OPTITEMP TT 10 is an analogue, multirange 2-wire temperature transmitter which works together with RTDs of the type Pt100. The main field of application is an industrial environment, therefore the device has a high reliability and an excellent industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 10 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 10 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 10 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. As an alternative you can also mount the in-head version on a DIN rail according to EN 60715 with the help of an optionally available rail mounting kit.

Analogue 3-wire temperature Transmitter The OPTITEMP TT 11 is an analogue, multirange 3-wire temperature transmitter which works together with single resistance thermometers of the type Pt100 and Pt1000. A special feature of the device is its 0...10 VDC output that predestines it for the HVAC systems in building services applications. The transmitter has a high reliability and a good industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 11 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 11 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 11 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. Sensor with extension tube for screw-in The OPTITEMP TRA/TCA-S12 is a temperature assembly for screw-in. It is predominantly used in the lower temperature range (up to +150°C / +302°F). When it features a neck tube, spatially separating the process connection from the  connection head, the connection head cannot heat up as much. This is particularly important when there is a temperature transmitter in the connection head. Form acc.
