The needled glass mat can be draped extremely well, even in pronounced beads, corners and edges. Resinrich, unreinforced zones are reliably prevented. The tensile and tear strength is effectively supported by the mesh fabric. It is suitable for both open processing and all closed processes. Needled flat products are particularly predestined for mold and model making. Processing can be carried out with all known resin systems.

kelteks Needled Combimat is the combination of woven roving bonded by needling to a mat without chemical binding. This needling method adds volume to fibers thus adding thickness to parts. This product range is particularly recommended for the manufacture with pultrusion process for parts that require great mechanical properties. kelteks Combimat Needled is highly drapable and suitable for laminating corners and edges.
