Licorice Extract (succus liquiritiae) is the natural, concentrated juice obtained by water and steam extraction out of the licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.). Glycyrrhizin, the active component contained in the roots, is a strongly sweetening glycoside. Licorice Extract is used in a wide range of industrial applications for its flavouring, sweetening a/o debittering properties as well as, occasionally, for its natural colouring power. Licorman is basically a producer and Exporter for Licorice products in Iran with very different form of products as liquid, Powder , Blocks , Granule , Nugget , DGL and etc... . The Company is equipped with highly modern laboratory and production line, therefore is a variant of formulations and flavors available.Licormans' product is exported to Asia and Europe.
