In 2007 , we imported spectrum analyzer from Germany and set up silicon colloidal medium-temperature precision cast iron production line. The building area for the first phase is about 4500 square meters and the initial monthly productivity is about 60-80 tons. We can make precision foundry products from stainless steel, carbonic steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel, etc. At present, we can do various products , referring to auto parts, mechanical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, petrochemical industry, cooker accessory, bath accessory, medical instrument accessory and sports equipments accessory. The materials include 201, 202, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 430, 440, 2205, 17-4PH, 1008, 1020, 20NiCrMo, 42CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. The minimum weight of the casting we can do is 2g; the maximum weight is 30kg.The minimum casting space is 0.75m, the thinnest casting we do is about 0.15mm, the longest blind hole(diameter 30mm) is 170mm.
