The mixer is designed to homogenize the mixing of different raw materials milled to the mill with poor free flow during the process. Both types of mixing are possible with or without the addition of liquid. it provides a mixture of raw materials crushed with a precision of 1/100000. The loading time is reduced by pneumatic traps in a large area; and the unloading time is reduced by double unloading hatches that can be opened from end to end.The position/time increases with the time gained during the finishing process.There are 100% safe unloading housings that do not load Rotating equipment should never be opened unless the cycle is completed. The EQM-402 Mixer Mill is a great ally when preparing samples for analysis, as it can mill, mix and homogenize quickly small volumes of sample. Especially designed for the final preparation of small quantities of hard, semi-hard and fragile samples - up to 50 ml -. This unit is able to prepare two samples simultaneously and to reduce them from an initial size of 0.8 a 1.5mm to a grain size of less than 10μ in a short time – 1 to 4 minutes -.

The FR series is a fast running electric drum mixer that can directly be mounted on 200 l steel drums with a 2“ bung hole. The mounting on the drum is done with a 2” threaded adapter with which the agitator is screwed into the bung hole. The agitator shaft is connected to the drive shaft by means of a sleeve coupling. Folding propellers are used as mixing elements, which can be inserted into the drum through the 2” bung hole when being folded. The FR series mobile mixer is delivered as a turn-key solution with an on-/off-switch with low voltage breaker and connection cable. Upon request, the FR series mixer can also be supplied with an integrated frequency inverter. Additionally we can provide you with a vessel clamp applicable for open lid drums.
