CW panels are fireproof - according to the European standard EN 13 501-1 they are classified as BS1D0 (flame retardant) and A2 (non-flammable). They have soundproofing properties (30-35dB). They are resistant to various atmospheric conditions, such as frost or moisture, to mold and mildew, and thanks to their cement content - also resistant to insects. Cement-bonded boards are a resilient material - the modulus of elasticity of the boards is more than 4500 N/mm2, the bending strength is greater than 9 N/mm2. They are easy to work with, as well as environmentally friendly and safe for health, as they do not contain any hazardous substances such as asbestos or formaldehyde.
