Linear Way U Series

IKO Linear Way F is a linear motion rolling guide with a highly rigid slide unit that performs endless linear motion over a wide track rail. Two rows of steel balls contact the raceway at four points with a high number of loadbearing balls. This enables stable high accuracy and rigidity even in applications where load has variable direction and size or complex load is applied. Since it is wide, it is also resistant to moment load in the width direction, so it is suitable for single row use as well.

The IKO Linear Bushing is a highprecision linear motion rolling guide that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls, and the like are built compactly in the external cylinder. Models are available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Simple Replacement for Rolling Guide With the shaft used as the raceway, guiding parts using conventional bushings can be changed to rolling guides without major design changes. Wide Variation For each dimensional series, standard, adjustable clearance, and open types are available with and without seals, which can be selected according to the application. The IKO Miniature Linear Bushing is an extremely small linear motion rolling guide with a shaft diameter of 3 to 5 mm that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls and stop ring are compactly built in the external cylinder, allowing high feed accuracy to be obtained. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Compact Design The ultrasmall size allows for compact machine and device design. Wide Variation In addition to the standard type, the highrigidity long type has been serialized and can be selected according to the application. IKO Linear Bushing G is a high load capacity type linear motion rolling guide in which the external cylinder performs endless linear motion on a shaft with grooved raceway. It is a linear bushing with large load capacity despite being simple and very compact. Since the external cylinder and shaft with grooved raceway dimensions are individually managed, each can be freely added and exchanged. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft There are two types of shafts with grooved raceway solid shaft LMG and hollow shaft LMGT. The hollow shaft is useful for piping, wiring, air removal, etc. Dimensionally Compatible with Linear Bushings Dimensionally compatible with the Linear Bushing LM Series to allow easy replacement.
