Creamy honey in a cardboard jar. Thyme, rosemary, heather, pine and wildflowers from Provence have gone into making this creamy brown honey, with its reasonably pronounced taste of "undergrowth" and pinewood. It can be enjoyed, for example, to sweeten an infusion. (I.G.P.)
