The Twisteiro tamper-evident twist seal is made of polycarbonate. It consists of two pre-installed parts: a transparent case with a catch and a rotor insert. It is used in combination with a sealing rope. The transparent case makes it possible to monitor the integrity of the inner rotor and also protects it from tampering. The inner part of the rotor can be closed by turning it clockwise only. It helps to secure the rope in the seal so that it cannot be reached without visible signs of tampering. For better protection, the same unique number is applied to the case and rotor. This measure prevents the substitution of individual parts of the seal. The numbers are laser-marked through the thickness of the surface, so they cannot be easily erased and replaced with a new number or tampered with.
