Soybean flour obtained at the FODER BIO-TECH plant is made thanks to a powerful fragmentation of NON GMO soya sharps orsoya with GMO. Soybean flour has a high amount of proteins which can be used as an animal protein substitute. Soybean flour is fully gluten-free and very low on starch. On the other hand, it has a low glycemic and caloric index.. It has a high absorption rate (95%). It is primarily used as a milk replacement for animals.
