The Makfry 1014 Digital, Automatic Filter System with Pump pressure fryer is recommended for chicken-baking operations in the daily range of 50 - 100 Kg.Thanks to the oil filtration system, you can use the oil pump system at intervals during the day to provide cleaner use for a longer period of time. Thanks to its stainless steel body, lid and tank, it provides easy cleaning of the pellet residues left over from the firing done during the day. It provides easy and safe device usage with the use of a variable deadweight valve, professional solenoid valve, pressure compensator, audible and visual warning systems.
