Matco has a cooperation agreement for the Benelux and Germany with Hainaut Plast Industry, located in Cambrai (France). This company manufactures PVB out of windscreens and safety glass. Start: January 2016 Capacity: 15,000T/year post-consumer PVB with a 99.5% purity Type: pellets The pellets can also be grounded to powder (200µm) or be turned into liquid. The post-consumer PVB can be used as such (extrusion) or as a cost-reducing product to replace PP, PE, HDPE, PVC, PA, etc., it can be used in extrusion, thermo-forming and injection moulding. PVB applications: - Elastomers - Impact modifier - PVC compound - Textile binder - Hot melt - Coatings - Adhesives

Matco disposes of a large warehouse and is licensed to store various types of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals. The majority of the chemicals is availabe from stock, so supply of small amounts is possible. Thanks to our international network of manufacturers we can constantly enlarge and adapt our list of chemicals.

Matco disposes of mixing vessels to produce various types of blends. Our specialty: - Liquid/liquid mixture - Liquid/solid substance mixture - Available in bulk, IBC and containers Common solutions of powders and complex compositions: the Matco team always wants to find the best solution for its customers. Matco contributes to the circular economy by processing every waste stream into new raw material, or by converting it in energy, as well as in its own installations as through external processing sites. Matco offers you a full package when it comes to waste management. We arrange everything when it comes to waste and waste processing in a durable way, for all waste products, even in small quantities. We offer a customised total solution for the collection, processing, treatment, cleaning and transport of waste products.

Considering its strategical location (at 100km from the port of Antwerp (B), at 200km from Rotterdam (NL) and at 200km of Le Havre (F)) and the logistic platform, Matco is perfectly situated for the storage and transhipment of products for the chemical and textile industries. At the end of 2006 Matco initiated a very ambitious investment programme on production capacity and storage capacity. Matco disposes of 11,000m² whereof a 6,000m² warehouse and a 3,000m² production hall. The company has all required licences in accordance with the strictest environment, health and safety regulations.

Over 30 years ago, in a time when ecology was unknown to general industry, this activity established one of the first full service departments of Matco nv.
