Description

The MCP1702T-3302E/CB is a low quiescent current low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator in 3 pin SOT-23A package. This regulator is an ideal choice for two to six primary cell battery powered applications, 9V alkaline and one or two cell Li-Ion powered applications. Output voltage tolerance of MCP1702 is typically ±0.4% at +25°C and ±3% maximum over operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Line regulation is ±0.1% typical at 25°C. When only 1F of output capacitance is used, the LDO output is steady. Electrolytic capacitors made of ceramic, tantalum, or aluminum can be utilized for input and output. Overcurrent and overtemperature protection provides a reliable solution for every application. Short circuit protection. Fixed output voltage is 3.3V
