Apart from this we are familiar with software such as MYOB, Microsoft Small Business Accounting and Sage. We do have a Customized Package in Excel for small Entrepreneurs. We can help both individuals as well as Corporations with tax preparation and related tax matters. We use software such as Lacerte, TurboTax and Proseries for tax preparation. Data can be processed online or offline depending on client’s requirement. In online processing, we connect to client’s computer via secured VPN, Remote Desktop, Gotomypc and Logmein etc and by logging into ASP, online version of QuickBooks, etc. In Offline process clients are supposed to send the source documents by email, eFax and FTP etc. Upon receiving the data we start processing by using appropriate software and version such as QuickBooks, Peachtree etc. and backup files will be emailed or uploaded to the FTP.
