Precision and high-precision turned parts are used in many different areas, such as medical technology, aviation or optics. Precision turned parts such as threaded pins are used, for example, in dental technology. Apart from manufacturing your turned parts, we offer you different post-processing options including custom packaging solutions. A certified quality management system ensures that our high-precision turned parts are of first-class quality. We will also be happy to professionally implement your requirements with regard to very small turned parts. Our parts are manufactured using Swiss precision machines which guarantee top quality – turned parts with diameters from 0.2 mm to a maximum of 16 mm. Thanks to a high-frequency spindle, we are able to drill very small holes (with diameters of up to 0.02 mm) with speeds of up to 80, 000 rpm. Thread whirling/thread chasing up to a thread size of S0.3. Smaller sizes available upon request. Diameter tolerances with the highest precision in the µ range. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13458.
