The mobile stainless steel MIXACO container equipped with wheel s is filled with raw materials and then pushed towards the container mixer by the operator. In this pha se, the container is used as a transport container. In the container mixer, the container is connected t o the mixing head and tilted 180° into the mixing position. During the mixing process, the container together with the mi xing head is therefore used as a mixing chamber. After mixing, the container is tilted back to the basic position. The container with the fi nished mixed material is removed from the mixer, and can now be transported directly for further processing without decanting to a diff erent receptacle. In this phase, the container is once again used as a transport container.

The All-In-One Mixer The basic principle of the MIXACO sack and drum mixer Speedy™ is the mixing of small batches directly in sacks or drums. Specially developed dead-space free mixing sacks with a capacity of 50 or 100 liters are available for powder and granulates. Volumes of up to 200 liters can be mixed in drums. Besides powders and granulates, liquids can also be mixed. The MIXACO Speedy™ is the ideal solution in terms of internal logistics: the product is weighed, mixed, moved and stored in the same sack or drum. By means of the moveable container with the mixed material, container with separate trolley, will be positioned in the tumbling mixer. The moveable container will be lifted by a pneumatic stamp. The trolley will be fixed in the tumbling mixer by means of a pneumatically actuated draw-in device. The head of the tumbling mixer formed as a container, fixed on the mixing head with four pneumatically operated clamping jaws including forklift pockets and discharge valve. The lifted container is locked to the tumbling head by means of pneumatically actuated locks. After fixing of the container at the tumbling head a SPS controlled tumbling process starts.

MIXACO Container Mixer Vortex™ It is suitable for any industry where different recipes need to be mixed in quick succession, resulting in frequent mixer cleaning. As the transport container and mixer head are separate units, products can be conveyed to the next processing station without loss of time. The design of the MIXACO Vortex™ mixer, which was robust from the outset, is continuously being improved and updated. The system and its individual components are also configured for multi-level operation, with corresponding connectors to allow dust-free, airtight discharging of the transport container directly into extrusion, kneading, weighing and bagging machines. MIXACO Charging station The MIXACO charging station is used for dust free filling of the mixing container with raw materials. In conjunction with a bottom weighing scale or dosing systems, a fully automatic, a semi-automatic or manual charging of the container can be carried out.

MIXACO Container-Mover The container mover enables simple and quick transportation. You will also receive a battery charger in the scope of delivery.
