MOTO-RED KFT.

The Moto-Red Kft. is a storage service providing company, located on a 16000 sq. meter industrial area in Ullo, outside the centre of Budapest. The location is only 4 kilometres from the (BUD) Ferenc Liszt International Airport of Hungary and 3 minutes from the Nyiregyhaza exit of the M0 highway, where the company has a capacity of 3000 sq. meters of warehouses and 10000 sq. meters of uncovered repository for truckloads and for parking vehicles. The warehouses have 180, 210, 630, 800 and 900 sq. meters of basis, and they could be optionally divided if needed. All buildings have a standard 12 meters in width and 4 meters in height. The entrances have a standard size of 3x3 and 3x3, 5 meters and are approachable with truck trailers. All of the warehouses have social rooms supplied with water, gas and electricity. This industrial area meets the C type fire service regulations and is guarded by a guard and a dog in 12 hours every night. The rental fee is 2.5 EUR + VAT /sqm /month.
