Description

Chateau Dauzac, 5th Grand Cru Classé of Margaux, is one of the oldest vineyards in the Médoc. Since the acquisition in 1988 by the French insurance company MAIF the estate is one of the jewels of the appellation. Laurent Fortin, general manager, aims to strength the rebirth of the chateau by creating a second Grand Vin: AURORE DE DAUZAC. This wine asserts perfectly the expression of the Dauzac terroir and is sponsored by the charming Stephanie Quellec, winner of the French Top Chef show in 2011 and today Executive Chef of Prince de Galles Palace Hotel in Paris.
