Description
The shutter mod. Marte – CLASS 4 is the reinforced version of the class 3 product. The technical solutions adopted on this particular model have allowed it to successfully pass the severe tests that the new UNI EN 2011 regulation imposes. The SHUTTER MOD. MARS – CLASS 4 is composed of: PERIMETER FRAME made of press-bent galvanized sheet metal, 20/10 thick, assembled by welding, equipped with an adjustment and anchoring system, with a 60mm cover fin and a minimum depth of 47mm. DOOR made from 50×50 finned tubular profiles of 15/10 thickness with recess for anti-noise perimeter gasket, Internally REINFORCED SLATS with added 40x8mm steel plate. 40x8mm steel PLATE welded internally overlapping the slats for further reinforcement. BUNKERLOCKS LOCK with anti-drill safety cylinder HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Black balloon SEAL positioned along the entire perimeter of the door, helps to minimize noise during closing.
