Description

Reverse osmosis membrane is made from three different layers of materials, polyester nonwoven fabrics (skeleton supporting layer), Polysulfone layer (loose supporting layer) and aromatic polyamide (reverse osmosis layer). The mechanical properties of polyester nonwoven fabrics as the supporting base materials determine the mechanical properties of the reverse osmosis membrane. The surface roughness determines the adhesion between polysulfone layer and nonwoven fabrics. The average pore size also has an important effect on the water flux, which affects its use effect. Application: Reverse osmosis technology is a membrane separation and filtration technology driven by osmotic pressure difference, which has been widely used in scientific research, medicine, food, beverage, sea water desalination and other fields.
