Metal Stamped Casing

Compound die stamping are widely used to produce big size parts or small volume parts, but its precision is good enough for most assembly, this metal casing is also made by compound die stamping(4 steps), all dimensions are within requested tolerance like +/-0.1mm, the logo and numbers will be printed on the surface, the printing can not be removed after one million wipping with cloth.

Sheet metal deep drawn stamping are one of metal forming technology with high material usage and precision, welding is unnecessary on deep drawn stamping parts, its shape can be round, square, oval, etc, most of kitchware are made by deep drawn stamping, like cups, cooker, sanitery ware, bowl, etc, material will be stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper.

This metal stamping casing consist of lower and upper cover with white and black finish, lower and upper casing will be assembled together with screws from the side slot, all electronics components will be fixed on the upper casing with international standard screws, this set of metal casing can stand high temperature during usage, both are formed by metal stamping processes, the lower casing will be TIG welded on four sides, grinded and then powder coated in white.
