The air duct is made of sheet metal construction. It is possible to make the desired air setting with air valves. Thanks to the mica glass, the cleaning process of the product can be clearly seen. The air duct is used to separate foreign substances that are lighter than the product with the help of air. It is mounted in front of the garbage separator and at the outlet of the peeler. The feeding table located at the product entrance ensures homogeneous goods flow throughout the channel. The rear curtain, which is moved throughout, allows the duct cross-section to be adjusted as desired by means of adjustment bolts. This precise adjustment of the air speed in the duct ensures that the light substances in the grain passing through the duct are separated in the desired amount.

Dampers play a crucial role in the functionality of industrial ductwork as they are designed to control the flow of air or flue-gas within the ducts. The primary purpose of most dampers is to act as shut-off dampers. This means they are either fully open or fully closed depending on the operational requirements. However, some dampers are specifically installed to modulate the gas flow, allowing them to function in various partially open positions. The variability in damper functionality caters to different operating scenarios and provides flexibility in managing the flow of air or flue-gas through the duct system.

Ventilation duct made of aluminum reinforced with spirally wound steel wire, which stiffens the duct and gives it the right shape. The cable is resistant to temperatures in the range -30°C÷+250°C. The pipe is available in diameters of 80mm, 100mm, 110mm, 115mm, 120mm, 125mm, 130mm, 140mm, 150mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm and 315mm. Standard length before stretching is 1m, and after stretching is 3m.
