Preparation: Kebab in frozen raw state in a suitable therefor Grill clamp and heat well. With from about 280 to 300 °C in 4 to 6 minutes a suitable knife cut down in layers. Serving suggestion: Kebab after ottoman style with traditional wheat groats from the stone mill and sliced flat bread by peasants style and warm with tomato herb sauce and pickled hot peppers.
