In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

It ensures optimal adhesion even on the most difficult surfaces. Matching your needs the specifically developed quality label is printable by means of thermal transfer ribbon or ink-jet. Bizerba tire labels are the right solution - meeting the special requirements of your product in terms of labeling: We have developed a soft special adhesive with strong adhesion which safely sticks to very grooved rubber surfaces. Our collection of sustainable workwear not only offers maximum comfort and functionality, but also a clear commitment to environmental protection and durability. The sustainable workwear is made from high-quality recycled polyester in our own factories and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

From now on, all our blown tubes are also available in Bio-HDPE, which is made from sugarcane. These include the product lines BlockPack, TwistPack Plus, QuadroPack or TwistPack. Selected sizes of TwistPack Plus and BlockPack are even available from stock. From the outside, the packaging made of Bio-HDPE does not differ from its conventionally manufactured "twins"that are also just as robust and flexible in use. There is still one serious difference: the production of Bio-HDPE does not cause any emissions, but on the contrary binds a whole 2.15 kilograms of CO2 per kilogram of material. Another plus: the Bio-PE used is 100% recyclable and can be fed into the material cycle together with PE based on fossil raw materials.
