Mobi-X 16/23/25-100 Baltoscope

The Mobi-X is a portable flat panel detector. Thanks to its battery and Wi-Fi interface, a digital inspection can now be done anywhere. Moreover the Mobi-X is very light, robust and ergonomic which makes it easy to be used in harsh environment and conditions. Equipped with an internal memory, the Mobi-X can to store images in order to allow the operator to unload them later. The Mobi-X is an X-ray detector with a 16-bit conversion for 75 μm² available in 3 different sizes. The acquisition software of the Inspection Suite comes with the equipment providing a user-friendly interface for the acquisition of images. The optional Image Processing Software (IPS012) makes it a complete solution. Flat panels are a combination of electronics and silicon, providing direct conversion support to display radiographic images instead of using the traditional film technique. This helps to reduce the exposure time but also gives an extended range of thicknesses using the same energy range.

The Phantom is a tool designed by Balteau NDT to answer the highest quality requirements in digital radiography. Because of this product, different test can be defined to qualify and maintain qualified an equipment of digital image acquisition such as flat panels. The phantom is made of steel Inox 316 composed of 2 plates of 2mm thick to ensure strength and reliability of the equipment. The 2 plates dimensions are 326 x 275,5 mm and are manufactured to enable inserts of different measuring tools for quality certification purpose. The phantom software will provide a PDF reporting of the quality supplied by the digital receiver (flat panel). The measurement tools will depend of the industry and so of the specific quality requirement of that industry. The Scannix + is an industrial X-Ray film digitizer specifically designed to offer the highest quality of images for the NDT market. Not an additional operation but a true improvement. In the radiographic industry, Films storage and post processing have always been neglected. Both these aspects are however very important matters to take into account in the overall costs and efficiency of the Radiographic process. A computerized storage of the radiographies will also dramatically reduce the risk of loosing the archives of a job. The scannix + is driven by our Acquisition software and is delivered with the scanner as a standard. The Diaphragm Remote Control (DRC) module Controls the motors of the different shutters of the collimator. It works with the latest technology regarding motors control and allows up to 4 shutters. DRC stands for Diaphragm Remote Control. DRC provides an intuitive graphical user interface to view and control how you diaphragm is positionned. DRC works as a standalone module or can be integrated with Automation. It can also be integrated with an external application using a simple communication protocol based on "sockets".
