TU25 – Tube Filling Machine - a mechanically driven tube filling machine with a cyclic rotary table

The most compact fully mechanical tube filling machine in the world - semi-automatically convertible at extreme speed! For PE/Laminates AND aluminum tubes! Up to 30 tubes per minute (mechanical). The rotary table features nine easily interchangeable tube holders, and a central hollow shaft supports the tool holder plate, on which the sealing tools are mounted. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, and the product-contacting parts are made of AISI 316L. The machine is mobile on wheels. The tube feeding is done manually by the operator. The filling station is mechanically driven. The sealing of the PE tubes is done using jaw welding, while aluminum tubes are sealed with folding tools (optional). Additionally, hot air technology, a cutting station, a coding station, and automatic alignment can be installed as options.
