Description

Native Corn Starch is produced by cleaning and grinding raw corn material and separating the gluten and starch. The resulting starch slurry is then dried and processed into a fine white powder with a neutral taste and odor. This non-GMO product can be chemically or physically modified or left unmodified. It has a shelf life of 24 months and should be stored in a dry environment below 25°C and away from odorous materials.
