The B series lobe pumps satisfy most transfer applications to suit hygienic and chemical characteristics. OMAC'S lobe pumps are appreciated all over the world for stoutness and performances, assures good services, long endurance, easy and cheap maintenance.This range consists of 16 models with deliveries from 0.05 to 200 m³/hr with the following versions available ST Model with standard tolerances, SM Model with increased tolerances, both being made in AISI 316 stainless steel and both available with Duplex shafts. HP Model has crescent shaped rotors in antiseizure stainless steel alloy with shafts in Duplex for counter pressures up to 20 Bar. The OMAC Lobe Pump is modular in design allowing the main parts such as the rotor and seals, to be changed quickly and easily. A wide range of rotors, seals and gaskets is also available.

Developed from the successful existing range of OMAC “B” series pumps, the series “BBBA” pumps retain the principles of performance, solidity and reliability and incorporate a new design which enables easier cleaning of the wetted parts. BA series has obtained 3A Sanitary Standard certification. Several innovative OMAC features from BFF series have been incorporated within the product. BB pumps have design according 3A Sanitary Standard (new standard Number 0210). BA pumps have design, surface finish & elastomers in either 3A – FDA approved and are delivered with 3A nameplate and certificate. Difference between classic B series and BB/BA are Rotor case profile and geometry allows for complete self draining of the pump with vertical ports In built fixing nuts with flat cover minimises product entrapment & improves CIP Flush end cover Oring that follows rotor case profile

The BE series pumps are simple and robust and are characterised by their monoblock design. The drive unit, thanks to the hallow shaft and to the rear cover provided with an IEC flange, is directly fixed to the pump by creating a unique compact and light body. The new design, with smooth cover and fixing nut built in the rotors, improves the cleaning standard. The lobe pumps of this series are provided only with bilobe rotary piston rotors in S.S. 316 L or in antifriction alloy CY5SnBiM, which ensure an excellent volumetric efficiency and a smooth and regular transfer of several liquid or viscous products. In less demanding works, the BE pumps can replace the B pumps and, meeting the increasing demand of cheap lobe pumps with good sanitary standard, allow to widen the utilization possibilities of the OMAC lobe pumps.

Developed from the successful existing range of OMAC “B” series pumps, the new series “BF” pumps retain the principles of performance, solidity and reliability and incorporate a new design which enables easier cleaning of the externals and AISI 304 gearbox. All product wetted parts are in AISI 316L with ferrite content of less than 3%. The cover is smooth with a new gasket and the rotors offer the option of either in built fixing nuts or external fixing without nuts for F series. The pump body is pressforged and has integral non welded Tri clamp or DIN118643 connections. Elimination of slots ensures easy C.I.P. cleaning with no cleaning fluid retention. F series (without nuts on rotors) has obtained, after Cleanability Tests at München Engineering University, EHEDG’S certification (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) show that this kind of pump meets all requirement for hygienic design and is to be classified as “easy cleanable”.

C and CF series are new range of sanitaryhygienic pumps to satisfy the high standard required for food and pharmaceutical industry applications. Designed to attain the highest hygienic standard, the lobe pumps are easily fully cleanable as to enable hot water consumption and reduce the use of chemical products for their cleaning. The materials used, surface finishing and all the characteristics of the design have enabled to get the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group EHEDG and 3A certification. C series incorporate new front loading seals design for easier and quick servicing. In addition, maintenance is also simplified by a new external axial adjustment system. All the parts that come into contact with the product are made in stainless steel 1.4404, pump body is cast with integral connections without welding.
