The OPTIFLEX 1100 is a guided radar level transmitter based on the Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology. It is designed for basic storage applications in non-hazardous areas. The level transmitter is a higher performing replacement for traditional level transmitters such as RF capacitance or conductive level transmitters. It offers 3 types of probes which can all be shorted on site.

The OPTIBAR PC 5060 is a pressure transmitter for process pressure and hydrostatic level measurement in all kinds of process applications. It is designed for absolute and gauge pressure measurement in open tanks and – as dual version for electronic differential pressure measurement – also in closed vessels. The pressure device features a ceramic capacitive measuring cell that guarantees maximum overload and vacuum resistance for high plant availability. The measuring cell can be built into the process absolutely flush and the radially recessed position of the gasket provides additional protection in abrasive media. It is resistant to sudden temperature shocks and can handle operating temperatures of up to +150°C/ +302°F. The OPTIBAR PC 5060 comes with robust plastic and aluminium housing or hygienic stainless steel versions (incl. ingress protection IP69k). The pressure transmitter comes with various diagnostics and digital communication options.

The OPTIBAR DP 7060 is a differential pressure transmitter with integrated absolute pressure measurement. It offers a high degree of modularity for various flow, hydrostatic level or process pressure applications. For DP flow measurements it can be perfectly combined with the KROHNE primary elements (e.g. orifice plates or pitot tubes). Featuring a quick response time of just 125 ms, the DP transmitter offers high accuracy and measurement stability under all process conditions. KROHNE is the only manufacturer of process instrumentation to carry out a total 3D linearization of its differential pressure transmitter. For a robust and accurate differential pressure measurement, even under changing process conditions, each OPTIBAR DP 7060 differential pressure transmitter is linearized in all three dimensions during calibration: differential pressure, ambient temperature and static pressure are taken into account in combination.

The BM26A-1000 is a magnetic level indicator (MLI) for basic liquid applications. The cost-effective level indicator is particularly suitable for continuous level measurement in water storage tanks, condensate receiver tanks as well as wash and surge tanks for fuels, lubricates, additives or similar chemicals. The level indicator features a rugged metallic design with the magnetic flaps housed in an IP68 rated, hermetically sealed glass tube. It provides a highly visible local level indication. There is absolutely no power supply needed. However, in applications with more advanced signal output requirements, the MLI can be easily equipped with optional reed switches or a reed-chain level transmitter providing analogue or digital output signals.

The OPTIBAR LC 1010 is a submersible level probe for water and wastewater, environmental engineering and OEM applications. It is particularly suitable for continuous hydrostatic level measurement in water wells, rainwater retention and overflow basins or tanks. The level transmitter features a robust stainless steel housing and a high overload-resistant ceramic diaphragm for long-term operation. The diaphragm is flush mounted for safe and easy cleaning on site. The level probe comes with pre-configured measuring ranges from 100 mbar / 1.5 psi to up to 10 bar / 150 psi. Customer-specific ranges are available on request. Its corrosion-resistant TPE cable is approved for use in potable water applications. The OPTIBAR LC 1010 features a 4…20 mA output and optional HART®7 for convenient configuration. The level probe can also be provided with an integrated Pt100 temperature sensor.
