We start by organising a technical meeting to analyse your needs and resources and determine which actions need to be taken. We follow up the meeting with an operational plan that includes costs and deadlines. Proper preparation and rigorous scheduling are the key to a successful office move. On the day of the move, we protect floors, walls, doors and other special objects at the departure and arrival sites, using hardboard panels, corner guards, lengths of corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap. We then supply packing materials for protecting all the items to be moved. Each container is carefully labelled, indicating the type of object transported and its exact destination. Special care is taken to protect fragile and sensitive items. We can dismantle and reassemble your items if necessary. We can also provide a team specialising in transporting heavy equipment.
