Organic olive oil is extracted from the pulp of the fruit of the olive tree Olea europaea by mechanical cold pressing, separation from the water phase and filtration. The yellow to greenish oil has a fruity taste. In nurturing cosmetics organic olive oil is used as the basis for skin oil, hair oil, creams and nail care products. Organic olive oil is an excellent cooking oil. It serves not only the refining of salads, but belongs to the few vegetable oils, which can also be heated up. So it can be used for frying, baking and frying.
