Organic black garlic craft beer, the result of a meeting between a brewer and a black garlic grower. A subtle, unique taste with the sweet aroma of black garlic. It is refermented in the bottle and is neither filtered nor pasteurised. It contains no additives. We're delighted to introduce you to our first brew, and the recipe will evolve over time in response to your comments. Alcohol content: 6° Vol
