Pastificio Minardo is a small certified organic craft kitchen established in Sicily in 2007 to make high-quality pasta using the ancient local Russello and Timilia grain varieties, protecting the environment and human health at the same time. We make semolina and wholewheat pasta in various forms: from small to special shapes (short and long).
