FBB is produced with bleached coated fibres on the top layer with the reverse layer being white (GC1), cream (GC2). FBB is used in direct contact food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and cosmetic packaging. PG paper would recommend choosing FBB for your packaging needs if you require a cost effective but slightly higher quality board. We have European suppliers of folding box board including Belgian suppliers and German suppliers although we also source high quality keenly-priced FBB from suppliers in USA, suppliers in Turkey and particularly suppliers in India.

Wood-free Coated Paper (WFC), also known as C1S/C2S, Art Paper or freesheet, is produced predominantly using chemical pulp. This means the paper is of a higher brightness and of a higher quality than LWC paper.

Available in different sizes, types and suitable for many purposes, these cups come with single, double or rippled layers of insulation – each offering a specific level of heat protection. Made from sustainably sourced paper that is recyclable, our biodegradable cups can hold hot, cold or super-chilled beverages and are sure to create a positive brand impact with branding and custom printing available.

We have opportunity to supply Kraft paper in white and natural brown color for wide number of applications. We can offer both recycled and virgin Kraft paper that can be used to manufacture from bakery bags to strong shopping and grocery bags.

Woodfree Uncoated paper, also known as offset paper, is available in many different grammages and often in different colours. We work with WFU paper and board from 30gsm to 400gsm. The lower grammages of this grade are ideal for fine book printing for the Bible and the Quran, while 75 and 80gsm are the ideal grammage for office printing and writing papers, including A4 copier paper. Higher grammage Woodfree uncoated products are often used for various boards and packaging goods, and for promotional items including business cards. The brightness of Woodfree uncoated can range from 90% to 110% and the most common end uses are for office printing and writing papers, books, stationary and promotional items. PG Paper can offer Woodfree uncoated paper from across the world.

PG Paper can offer cut size A3 and A4 copier paper in 70gsm to 90gsm. We work with various levels of brightness starting at 90%. A4 copier paper’s most common end uses are for stationary and office uses.

Duplex paper is commonly used for any box packaging requirements and easily recognisable by its white top and grey back. PG Paper can offer Duplex/GD in 150-600gsm from mills worldwide

Kraftliner is a strong and durable paper primarily used to make corrugated cardboard boxes and shipping containers. We offer a wide range of kraftliner paper in various gramweights to suit different packaging needs. Our lightweight kraftliners start at 70 gsm up to 140 gsm. They provide good strength at lower basis weights for general packaging uses. Medium kraftliners range from 150-200 gsm. They offer increased strength and durability for most transportation and storage needs. Our heavyweight kraftliners range from 210 gsm up to 270 gsm. They are extremely sturdy papers designed for heavy duty packaging and shipping applications where high burst strength is required. We also offer custom kraftliners above 270 gsm for specialized applications. Our mills can produce kraftliner up to 400 gsm upon request. Our kraftliner papers are made using virgin wood pulp, providing maximum strength. We offer both bleached and unbleached varieties to suit different appearance needs.
