The Flex 4K has the ability to record ultra slow motion 1000 frames per second at 4K resolution. It has a PL mount and a multitude of external accessories. The images it can record in ultra high speed is 938 FPS in 4K and 1977 frames per second in 2K. It has an excellent FPS range from 15 FPS up to 2949 FPS. It is also capable of recording audio thanks to the Mini-BOB adapter. This camera is only available for rent with the hiring of a specialized technician. It uses Vision Research's 1T and 2T Phantom CineMag IV memories, which allows it to capture a high amount of information per second, which entails advanced data transmission technology and a fairly high workflow. It has two recording formats up to 4K Cine Raw and in Apple Prores 422 HQ. It also offers the possibility of recording in a dual way while saving the two files at the same time.
