The iBird® Pro is the latest tool in the GESIPA® Pro series with the new CAS battery.It can be networked with a smartphone, tablet or PC via an app! The app is available for Android and iOs devices. The iBird® Pro can be connected to three devices at the same time. With a setting force of 15,000 N and the well-proven brushless motor, the iBird® Pro is powerful and fast when setting blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm in any material. The optional Autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the iBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The iBird® Pro is extremely simple to connect thanks to the QR code located on your tool. Simply scan the QR code with the GESIPA® app and the iBird® Pro will automatically connect to your device. The optional setting process assistant from GESIPA® helps operators to adjust the setting process and evaluate riveting processes. The brushless motor and 10,000 N of force make the AccuBird® Pro extremely fast for installing blind rivets up to 5 mm in diameter, in any material and up to 6 mm in diameter aluminium. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird® Pro has an extremely long service life and is virtually non-wearing. Compared to commercially available battery-powered tools, riveting can be done up to 4x faster making it comparable with hydropneumatic blind riveting tools. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the AccuBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The AccuBird® Pro is also equipped with the low-wear jaws system, which has already proven its worth a thousand times over. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process and the AccuBird Pro is ready to work again immediately. The AccuBird Pro is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times over. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the bore before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs, depending on the application. In addition, you can now get the AccuBird® Pro with the new CAS battery - one battery for operating more than 180 cordless tools!

It's small, it's fast, it's nimble! And that's not all. The new Birdie® from GESIPA is the smallest and lightest battery-powered blind riveting tool in its performance class. Plus it has an ergonomic design with a balanced centre of gravity and a non-slip, handy handle. Fatigue-free working comes built in! What’s more, the riveting tool covers a wide range of applications: with a setting force of 10,000 N and a tool stroke of 25 mm, the Birdie® makes light work of setting blind rivets with a diameter of up to 5 mm in all materials. And, like the Bird Pro series, the Birdie® works with the tried-and-tested cross-manufacturer batteries from CAS.
