PROFESSIONAL TABLES IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 - MADE IN ITALY Professional work tables made entirely of high quality aisi 304 stainless steel with satin finish, according to the current food and sanitary regulations. The upper shelf has a thickness of 10/10 with corners welded on all edges for greater operator safety, is soundproofed and reinforced with a 25 mm thick waterproof wood panel and transverse reinforcements made of high-strength stainless steel. The structure is in high-flow stainless steel tubular 50×25 mounted on 40×40 legs with stainless steel feet adjustable in height from mm. 850 to 900. Tables can be purchased in depths of 600, 700 and 800 mm and with width of 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900 and 2000 mm. The load varies mainly depending on the width of the plan.

WORKBENCHES BUILT IN STURDY TUBULAR AND MADE TO MEASURE The counters are made with a sturdy 60x60 mm painted tubular structure and the tops are also suitable for contact with food, as they are made of food grade nylon or stainless steel. They are ideal for wrapping and packaging products and supporting benchtop vacuum machines, heat sealers and welding machines. They can also be inserted in assembly and packaging lines, equipping them with reel holder systems or bench cutters. We can make benches with customized lengths from approximately 500 to 2500 mm and with any required width. The counters can be equipped with drawers (single or double) with sliding guides, rear or side panels and under-top. The tables are very sturdy, built in painted steel and can be ordered in the "simple" version with a NYLON top. The "simple" version is equipped with 4 adjustable rubber supports. Upon request, when ordering, the kit consisting of 4 wheels with parking brake can be mounted.

ACCUMULATION ROTATING TABLE IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 The rotary table of accumulation is generally used in the final part of the packaging lines and facilitates the discharge of the packs, facilitating the sampling operations by the operator. The stainless tables are available with rotating table diameter from mm. 800 to 1400 mm and exist in concave or convex version (ideal for bags and products that are accumulated) and flat (ideal for bottles, cans and products that can spill). The tables are supplied with adjustable feet up to 40 mm. On request it is possible to have wheels with brakes. Edges and sides stainless steel version The flat stainless steel version is equipped with containment rod while the concave tables do not have containment systems as the products accumulate in the center.
