NIR– Laboratory measurement device, For solid and pasty products Description The HK11 is an Stand– Alone NIR (Near Infrared) laboratory measurement device with state of the art technology. Which can measure one organic component like fat, protein, water, collagen, etc. in solid and pasty products. Through the simple sample preparation, the light and compact construction, is the HK11 suitable for the use in the laboratory or as AT– Line measurement device. With the easy to use calibration function, our customer can take spectra's at the device and read the internal stored spectra with the calibration software. Due to this function, our customers can expand independent or with our help an existing calibrations or create new calibrations.

NIR LED– Technology, Continuous InLine measurement of two organic components Description The HK3 Series are NIR (Near Infrared) LED InLine measurement devices with state–of–the–art technology. The devices are used on conveyor belt, in pipelines (connection via flow through measuring cell or flange) and in tanks / vessel. Through the modular construction (Sensor and evaluation unit are separate), the sensor can be installed at a different accessible places and the evaluation unit can be installed at a well accessible place. This ensure the easy handling. The modular construction makes the operation of the HK3– Series very easy.

With the easy to use calibration function, our customer can take spectra's at the device and read the internal stored spectra with the calibration software. Which can measure all organic components in solids like meat and in liquids with different viscosities like milk, oil. The HK4 can be installed at pipelines, tanks / vessels, cutters, mincer, etc.. With only one measurement you can measure simultaneously valuable components like fat, protein, lactose, solids content, etc. for the dairy industry and fat, protein, collagen, water, etc. for the meat industry.
