Description
These briquettes consist of shredded peat, compressed to form a virtually smokeless, slow-burning, easily stored and transported fuel. Although often used as the sole fuel for a fire, they are also used to quickly and easily light a coal fire. Peat – combustible mineral, that is formed in the process of natural extinction and incomplete decomposition of marsh plants at high humidity and lack of oxygen. These briquettes are ecologically pure fuel type, non-toxic, used for the stoves, boilers – that heats living houses and industrial buildings. Burning time from 6 hours and more. Absence of resin means, of soot and also from a glue and cohesive additives.

RUF briquettes are made in square shape usually, and have the same functinos of other models. Easy stacking and handling, and can be made by different materials. It contains more moisture than the others and also creates more ash. So packing is very important question. Our company produces RUF briquettes from 85% of conifers (pine, spruce). We take special care on Briquettes packaging. They are packed in plastic bags with vacuum. On each and every pallet there is a page with total amount of briquettes, gross and net weight. It is 100% ecological, no added glues or chemicals.

Wind down the air and these are sure to stay in overnight. Bark briquettes have extremely long burning time up to 10-16 hours. That is not to say you can come down next morning, give them a poke and they burst into flames, rather that there is still a good warmth in the stove and a glow from the ashes. Bark does produce extra ash, more ash creates a bigger heat store, but also more ash to dispose of the next day.
