Description
IKO PILLOBALLs are compact selfaligning spherical bushings which can support a large radial load and a bidirectional axial load at the same time. These bearings are available in insert type, diecast type and lubricationfree type depending on the type of sliding surface. In the insert type, a spherical inner ring makes contact with a special copper alloy bushing with superior runin properties. In the diecast type, a spherical inner ring makes direct contact with the bore surface of the body of special zinc diecast alloy. In the maintenancefree type, a spherical inner ring makes contact with a special selflubricating PTFE liner. Thus, a smooth rotational and oscillatory motion can be achieved with superior antiwear and load properties in each type. PILLOBALL Rod Ends have either a female thread in the body or a male thread on the body, so they can be easily assembled onto machines. They are used in control and link mechanisms in machine tools, textile machines

Caged Needle Roller Bearings are used as radial bearings and thrust ball bearings or thrust roller bearings are used as thrust bearings.
