Pneumatic tensioner model FP LASH very powerful and easy to handle, suitable for all working conditions, guarantees a high tensile strength and it is suitable for securing bulky and heavy loads on trucks, containers, ships, etc. The high tension force (7500 N) allows the use of textile strap with width up to 50 mm. It is also possible to adjust the tension acting on the supply pressure. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type and on strap of choice.

The woven strap is widely used when you need to tie and secure the products by means of ligatures that are not constituted by iron or plastic strap. Woven strap features: - Excellent tension maintenance. - Perfect elasticity in case of shock. - No conjunctions. - It ensures minimum wastage. - Perfect winding. For the ligation you need a tensioner, the strapping band, the buckles and a strap-holder trolley to prevent strap damage. Different types of straps, more professional strapping tools and various types of trolleys are available on request.

The operator wrap the product with the strap, put the two ends through the buckle and places into the strapping tool. The first end is locked with the brake while the second is placed under the cutter and inside the tension roller. Increasing the tension of the strap, the buckle keeps the tension. After reaching the desired tension the strap is cut automatically by the tensioning device.

High speed with PLC and Touch screen control panel The new FPWK 0430-TOUCH model represents a remarkable evolution compared to the previous models because it can use polypropylene band with a thickness from 60 my to 150 my and polythene paper band with a thickness from 100 to 130 my. The maximum speed is 30 cycles/min. The machine is equipped with a Schneider Touch screen control panel (simple and intuitive) with which all the functions of the machine can be easily checked with the exception of the tensioning which is adjustable via a separate potentiometer. The standard bench model uses 150 m spools. but the machine can be installed on a motorized reel holder for rolls of 500-1500 m. The FPWK 0430 banding machine in addition to the classic use in graphic arts, bookbinding, paper converting, is particularly suitable for the realization of multiple packs or for the combination of multiple products in promotional sales.
