Powder Coating Services by Elektron Group. We provide custom powder coating that gives your projects a bold, long-lasting finish and a protective layer that provides corrosion, oxidation, and damage resistance. We have two furnaces for burning elements with dimensions: • 1650x4400x1900 • 1350x3400x1900 We use a manual applicator to apply Wagner powder paints. The main part of the powder coating lines that we have produced is powder coating booths. Powder coating booths are used to apply powder coating on the material under the most ideal conditions after the surface cleaning process and to prevent the paint particles that cannot hold onto the work piece from being escaped to the environment. Electrostatically charged dye particles adhere to the surface with maximum efficiency and homogeneous spread. The system is preferred because; non-adherent powder is reusable with the recycling system in the booths. Our powder coating booths are categorized as With Filter and With Cyclone because of their different advantages. With choice 4 or 6 measurement channels, the EasyTrack3 system allows you to monitor and record product temperatures in your curing oven. These provide dual protection confidence using microporous insulation and phase change technology and maintain logger temperatures at a level to guarantee the accuracy of the temperature measurements recorded.
