However, when they experience that the return logistics take a lot of effort and/or time, customers may become annoyed and never buy from you again. This is why it’s important to have efficient returns logistics in place – or to outsource your returns to a partner who can handle these efficiently for you. If you outsource your fulfilment to Monta, you have two options for managing your returns. We work together with all these carriers to give you, the website owner, a choice of carrier to transport your orders. Naturally, we discuss this with you and offer advice. There is also the option to ship via several carriers, which is why we maintain such an extensive network of carriers that we work with!
