Our high-capacity portal palletizers act in a material-caring manner on three servo-linear axes within cubic space. We develop, design and manufacture portal robots in our in-house production facility in Gescher-Hochmoor. We are a specialist in the high-care segment -with portal robots made of high-grade steel.

The system adapts single set of ABB robot palletizer and two sets of pallet supplier. The robot will pick 3 cartons at one time to reach the speed about 27 cartons per minute.

The PRINCIPAL-P, a high-performance portal palletizer, combines the high speed of the PRINCIPAL-H with a gripper adapted to the respective application, e.g. combined grippers for palletizing bags and boxes. The great advantage of the PRINCIPAL-P is that it does not push bags, but lays them down and can therefore palletize them overlapping. Furthermore, the bags are pressed from all four sides to obtain a well-structured layer pattern. Boxes are also lifted, laid and afterwards the layer is formed. When arranging the bags or boxes, it is ensured that the bags or boxes are brought into the required position, e.g. barcodes can be read from the outside. In addition, a robot can be installed for possible depalletizing work. Further options enable the PRINCIPAL-P to be optimally adapted to customer requirements.

Semi-automatic rotary table pallet wrapper, model ECO/A, complete with: - Photocell for reading pallet height - Digital panel with 3 wrapping programs (up, up-down-manual) - Soft start inverter - Manual film block/cut and automatic wrapping cycle - Reset button for repositioning the film at the base of the column - Foldable column for ease of transportation - Forklift-compatible base - Mechanical clutch for film tensioning Operation: Place the pallet on the platform, secure the film to the base, select the wrapping program, and press the start button. The machine automatically begins wrapping and stops. Cut the film manually. Stretch film for wrapping machines: The film commonly used on wrapping machines is 23 microns. The film can also be used in 30 microns, suitable for protecting the pallet contents from sunlight.
