Pvc-steel Motor-driven Rollers

Rollers with PVC resin polyamide PA or steel ACC pinion driven by tangential chain or chain links in series.The diagrams and tables on pages 54 and 55 show the dimensional characteristics and the minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with friction pinion for stockpiling transport and in the connection of machines operating at different speeds.

PVC-Steel idlers with jacket consisting of PVC tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by pressure.They are mounted on angular ball bearings at full complement with or without spacer cage, pre-lubricated and protected with anti-dust labyrinth seals.The finishes of the rollers, the executions of the bearings and the operating temperatures are showed from pages 12 to 15. The axle fixing shapes are shown on page 27.They are used in the production of gravity, push and motor-driven conveyors.The diagrams and tables on page 26 show the dimensional characteristics. Normal operating temperature, TN:_5 ÷ +50 [°C].

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used for motor-driven conveyor in combined systems of handling and stockpiling of light, medium-heavy and heavy packages in normal, dusty, corrosive, and also humid and warm environments.They are made of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube, crown and simple double steel pinions, aligned on the tube or at one end of the jacket.
